It is correct for the person giving it.

If you took a poll a certain percentage would say yes, a certain percentage would day no, a certain percentage would say sometimes it is and isnt depends on the cheese, and a certain percentage would say they don't eat cheese.

Therefore the first answer represents a correct answer for some of those people in the poll.
