I just bought them at the store today (the brand was OneSource from Walmart if that matters). I particularly want them for my nails, I've had this curvature issue in my big toes years ago and it's been making a comeback recently. The ones I was using in a different brand have since way expired. Back then those vitamins helped my issue. I didn't realize until just now that they are women's. I don't think there would be an issue with me as a man taking them but I got mixed answers when I did a Google search regarding men taking different women's vitamins (calcium, iron, etc). I also tried looking online for reviews if men wrote any but I couldn't find any. Any help is appreciated, thank you.
If it was for women only it would say so on the packaging.
If it was harmful to men the law would make it a requirement that it say so somewhere on the packaging or the instructions if it came boxed.
Your next source is to look on the packaging and find their customer service phone number or website and call them and ask them or put your question in the search block or ask their online chat if they have one.
