Antibiotics stopped the pain that was in my left testicle for 2 ish weeks, but now it’s back in both balls and is arguably worse. I haven’t got an STI. A friend Alvin said herbal diuretic and anti-inflammatory pill helps. He tried countless antibiotics but failed to get any improvement. Later this year he took it had recovered again. Any other tips for relief/will the pain pass?

You can relieve pain by avoiding sedentary, having frequent sex, and improving your diet, such as eating more meat with low cholesterol, such as chicken and fish. Sometimes, medical treatment is still needed. Maybe you can try this herbal medicine diuretic and anti-inflammatory if your friend had been cured.
