The website I'm a member to is kidslivesafe.com. it is a public records website. Everyone in my family shows up and on each other's reports as relatives. When searching I've tried putting every city I've lived in and tried different states. It can't be because of having or not having a criminal record because not everyone in my family committed crimes and has a record so it can't be that. There are plenty of people with records as well. I don't have nicknames or anything like that. It doesn't make since. And I can't afford to purchase a membership. I pay 30$ a month to receive the information I get on this website. And I like it because it shows me where all the disgusting child molesters are. And it can't be because I'm not a child molester because no one in my family is a kid or baby toucher. It makes no sense.

Humorous assertions aside (and this post is like fish in a barrel frankly), this website like any other background check service is just a bunch of information gathering agents (mostly bots, some people) collecting whatever they can, official or otherwise, for free or an affordable price, and sorting it into human trash bins. Chief amongst such open sources is the internet. As far as I'm aware, sex offenders in the usa must register themselves as well. The collection is far from complete, as governments don't otherwise publish personal records as a rule. Someone who does not appear may not have sufficient public presence to have been included in said agents' sources, or a connection between the identity and the name could not be established along the way (nicknames and I'm assuming pseudonyms you have not, but it could be legal name, linking the online presence, privacy settings).
