My ex-friend is dating my now friend. But she doesn't really like him. She is just taking advantage of him and she has been lying to him about pretty much everything.
I know everything she has lied about but he doesn't...
Do I tell him and give him a chance to deal with it?
Or do I need to stay back and wait to see if she finally comes clean and tells him the truth?

Well this is not really a win situation sadly no matter what you do someones gonna get hurt but ultimately i think you should tell him that you're concerned and tell him why , you clearly know how this girl is and what she does, you said it yourself she's a liar, and unfortunately liars rarely tell the truth on their own. so sadly it seems that there are only two way for your friend to find out you tell him or he finds out the hard way, i sure he'd want to know from his friend, even if he doesn't believe you at the time at least you tried to warn him and it might put him on guard so he pays more attention to what she says and does and in the end that's really the best thing you can do for your friend is to try and help
