Dude.... You just have to act naturally and become more gentle-manner to her... Gave her your attention and respect her. Become close to her. Make her laugh comfort her when she's sad. You don't have to be superman or whoever it is to be perfect to her.. She likes you already only thing you have to do is to support your image of you according to her..., just be natural... And don't get shy... Don't think of getting out yet just be close to her and laugh with her and everything will go to the flow... All you just need is courage ^_^
If you really like Cassie and you know that she likes you too then you should definately ask her out. I was asked out by a guy in fourth grade but he did it on a peice of paper. I think that you should decorate a card and write a poem inside and ask her out. Girls really like romantic stuff. You should just go with your heart. I hope it works out for you. :)
Dont ask Her out!!! I asked a girl out in grade five be4 and I regret it! She may have said yes, but i really was too young to understand. I was only 10, and then after 6 months of dating we broke up, now that girl HATES me. Please, do yourself a favour and wait until you are at least 12 before dating. Trust me
I have this crush on this Girl name Bella well I still have a crush on her but first try to make conversations with her. Try to catch her staring at you (Happens everyday for me) make her laugh (I slapped a guy with a book waving at her on propose to make me Jealous) and she laughed. And offer to do stuff for her. I Did all of those she is now staring at me all the time and today she hugged me and didn't let go!

If you're in fourth grade, I would say hold off on asking her out because you are in fourth grade. You still have your whole life to ask this girl out. If she gets a boyfriend during that time period, that means she wasn't right for you dude. That means that while you liked her, she might not of felt the same way, BUT if you do ask her out be yourself and be kind. When you approach her be casual and calm. Don't do that thing that guys like to do and punch their crush in their arm loll. Girls will act more natural to a "yourself" flirting way. I wish you the best of luck and let me know how it goes.
