well if thats a friend and thats what friends do you need to repick your friends cause friends don't do that to other friends even if theres a new one that tells me this person was never your friend to begin with so i would rethink this one cause there is obviously something wrong with this picture how to get the friend back first you have to figure out why this friend has done this ask if you can talk about this see whats going on
My advise is to go up to someone who looks like a nice person, or someone that is sitting alone and looks like a nice person. To start a conversation you can compliment their outfit or their shoes, or if you see that the person has the same interests that you have you could say "Hey, I like..." and whatever the person likes that you like.
