This I kind of an awkward topic but here goes... I'm 13 years old and lately when I have masturbated I've noticed that I ejaculate afew drops of blood. I have not reached the stage in puberty where I acctually ejaculate semen yet... It started off as a kind of clear liquid that was tinted red but now it is just pure red blood. I'm terrified that I might not be fertile so PLEASE HELP!

Sounds like you've torn something in your urethra (the tube that carries your wee and the semen) stop with the w*nking for a few days and give it time to heal up. It isn't anything major to worry about but you might want to not play with yourself as much if you're actually damaging your organ doing so. If the bleeding doesn't stop after a week (which it WILL) then you might want to consider seeing a doctor, but that won't happen if you leave it alone to heal up.
