3 days ago I wet the bed and every night since I've been wetting the bed. My parents have found out and I think they might want to put me in diapers.

Magnesium strengthens muscles, calms nerves, stops cramps, and fights infections. Get epsom salt. It is cheap, five bux for a year's supply. Put a dose in a glass with water to cover and stir until it dissolves. Fill the glass with lemonade and drink it. You can take it without the lemonade but you won't like the taste. Milk of magnesia is more expensive but nicer tasting and gentler laxative action. Your choice. The label on epsom salt says something about six TBSP per day, but if you take it every day, a pinch is enough.
Sorry to hear about yur wetting problem. Bed wetting. Sucks if I was you I would go to your doctors who will test your urine. To make sure everything ok and they may try a bedwetting alarm. Or even give you tablets. To try oxybutynin they are very good at stopping. Bedwetting
