Helloooo, I am a happy 24 year old woman who is soon to be married after 6 months hopefully, I am facing a little difficultly when it comes to losing my weight, I am setting a goal that I want to have a gorgeous belly and these love handles should be gone by the end of December. I have been working out for about three weeks now, I stopped drinking soda for good, I haven't had any in about two months.my question is: When will I start to see some changes?
