I am a 16yr old female- 5'2 and weigh 139lbs. I would like to get down to 125. I eat 1400-1700 calories a day broken up into 4 meals. My diet consists of fruits, veggies, nuts and seeds, greek yogurt, meat and fish, and some grains (oatmeal, multi-grain crackers, light english muffin). I only drink water and drink a lot of it. I exercise 6 times a week typically 1-1.5 hrs of swimming, running, biking. 3 of those days I do weight training and 30min cardio. I am worried that my food intake is not good because I lose weight at an incredibly slow rate. I try not to obsess over calories but I can't help it because I see little results. Anything under those numbers leaves me hungry. I would just like to make sure that I am doing things right.
