I was playing basketball in loose tennis shoes last week and I tweaked it. I felt pain all weekend, but I kept participating in athletic activities. I ran 2 miles and played basketball two days ago and it was really swollen. I have started to get these shooting pains every 10-20 minutes. It hurts to walk. I have been icing it and doing epson salt baths, but it hasn't been working. Any advice on what to do or what it is?
