So what is the best and most effective way to lose weight?

There is no better method than expending more calories than you consume. If you eat healthily and exercise, not only will you achieve what you want for free, there are no side-effects, you will (hopefully) continue your regime so you stay fit, and you will look better than if you just lost weight because your hair and skin will be noticeably healthier due to the good stuff you've been putting in your body (which your whole body needs, not just your hair and skin... they're just the visible clues that you're doing something right).

You should listen to Kangaroo's added comment above, it is the best advice you are going to get and it is the only way that really works, fad diets and potions don't work or are bad for you.

of course.Increased blood pressure

Jitters

Nausea

Insomnia

Adrenal fatigue / exhaustion
