Can a film camera work without lens?

No it cannot the lens is the most useful part in the camera therefore no it cannot

Technically yes, but you wouldn't get a focussed image. The very early cameras didn't have lenses, just a small aperture to let light through. Their images looked like this:

I think a film camera already has lenses in it but maybe it is possible but the picture will not came out as good as it is if it has lenses because you cannot focus it on your subject oh, well if by chance you will be needing lenses here's a good spot to look
