Can a owner of a barber shop, use a photo to promote himself, if haircut was cut by an his employee?

just wondering if it is correct for an owner of a barbershop use a photo of a clients haircut that was done by another barber that works in his shop and use the haircut to promote himself and use the haircut photo to state that it was he who made the haircut? is this ok?

Yes you can use any photos taken by your employees. As long as you have the permission of the person in the photo, so as the employees permission to use the photo, since he/she took it.
