Me and my partner have had to separate for assessments to be carried out to assess my risk of being able to live together with our baby.

However we share the same social worker and a month ago when information from a police report was disclosed my partner was still close to me.

Last week the social worker went to visit my partner and disclosed the information to her mum and since then our relationship has broken down.

My partner said to me in a message that the social worker made me out to be deranged and someone she shouldn't be with and that I intentionally committed the crime.

In my police report nothing was quoted with saying I had intentions, this is just an opinion expressed by the social worker.

I'm just wondering if a social worker has the right to make accusations to attack me and add fuel to the fire and be biased or shall I seek legal advice?

Thank you.
