We have an outlet outside that our christmas lights are plugged into. Its raining right now, so i thought the lights had been left off. I just saw them come back on, flicker, and I heard some popping sounds before I saw a flash and some smoke(smelled it too, I was sitting on the couch, right across from the window). Lights went out and my mom unplugged the whole strip from the outside outlet. I don't see anymore smoke.
It just happened, and I worried that it could start a fire inside the walls. It’s kind of a dumb thing to be afraid of, but fire and electricity are things i get paranoid about, and Im too nervous to go to sleep in case anything happens. I still occasionally smell smoke, but im not sure if im imagining it at this point.
