I found out by boyfriend has a Badoo account and he said he never made it. I've read online that some people on Fb had one because fb made it for them without them knowing. It also showed that his Badoo account messaged a girl "Hey" but the girl had no picture and was obviously a bot. What's going on? He swears up and down that he had no idea about it and he's never cheated on me so I trust him but I still want to know because it is really weird.

(TIP: Go to images.google.com and drag a photo to where it says "Drop image here". Phony profile images are often ripped off from foreign personalities and other easily discovered sources.)
It is also possible for Facebook to make a phony account for you. That confuses a lot of people because it's the same name but it's not you. I don't know how that happens, but it happened to my SIL.
Badoo is a dating site and you can create an account simply by registering using your Facebook account.
I answered this question March 4 with instructions for deleting the account. If there has been no recent activity on the account why are you still complaining and reposting?
