Me and my parents and family to that matter don't get along at all. I'm not abused or anything but none stop screaming and yelling and crying! I'm over it all its really stressing me out! I wanna move out but I don't want to be in any trouble with the cops please help.

Maintain decent grades?
Do you have a safe place to go?
Does your parents support or disapprove?
Maybe you could if you have all of the above going for you. The real question is should you? That depends...
If things have always been this way maybe it's in your best interest but the fact you all are fighting and it's not abuse tells me you're probably fighting because someone is trying desperately to "look out" for you, As a teen that's hard to understand.
There's not enough info here for us to help.
If you are only after freedom trust me you want to earn that freedom not leave like this...try talking to your parents hun if you aren't being abused or have a good enough reason to leave you shouldn't. You have the rest of your life to be responsible right now you should focus on being a kid while you still can ;)
