Can I put a Chia Pet in with my 3 toed box turtle?

I want to get a little "bush garden" going for my 3 toed box turtle. But I'm not sure if the plant that comes with the Chia Pets (Salvia hispanica) is safe for a turtle to eat, if he happens to eat

chia pets is basically herbs from what i gathered mabe you should call i exotic animal shop or where you got your turtle at but one of the two would know if those are okay for the turtle to wanna make sure that its okay and won't harm your turtle
