Copyright of notional things recipes can be notoriously difficult. For instance, if I take your recipe and add chilli flakes, have I invented a new recipe? Given that the recipes you mentioned are published (and probably for profit), taking them so you can make money from them is technically theft. Much safer to look at what foods work together (by reading recipes) and then come up with new recipes based on that.

You could with the authors written permission otherwise you could end up in legal trouble for copyright infringement.
