Can we prepare an engine which take oxygen instead of air?

Yes. First you need to find an engineer who knows how to hook things up without causing explosions. In other news, some things explode when exposed to oxygen. For example, your skin will burn if the oxygen is above 40%. At 100%, grease or oil will explode. This is not a project you do in a junk yard.
