Is it okay to make two separate accounts on wattpad? One for writing books, and one for poetry? Or should I just combine them all into the same account? I have a few followers who follow me for poetry only and I have never written a book on wattpad before. What should I do?

According to their Terms of Agreement that you agree to when you sign up:
"E. You are encouraged to create no more than one account. Using multiple accounts for any malicious activity will result in immediate account termination.
F. The administration of the site reserves the right to terminate any account without notice."
They do not specifically forbide more than one account. As long as you are not doing anything malicious it should be okay.
