Im a 15 year old girl and i want to lose about 14 pounds but i dont know how.
i am trying to do this privately because my parents wont allow a diet. im not sure how to do this as i cant do a full on diet, my mum cooks the meals and wont change them, although i can put salads on the side and not finish the meals completely if that helps? i am mostly concerned about my thighs.
