My old battery has just went out and was having to jump start my car at least once every day or two. And before the clicking started, when driving the car, it would die when stopping at a light/sign or loose power when slowing down..
i replaced the battery (brand new) and now when i go to turn the key over, my car just makes one click and seems as if the car is dead.
I just bought a new starter but haven't put it on yet because i want to make sure thats the part i need before wasting my money if it isn't my problem.
i also believe i need to replace my alternator because it probably is fried after getting it jump started so much.
it is a 98 chevy malibu v6.
