Which cooler is better? The cooler which we use mostly in our room or the window cooler?

A window cooler - sits in a window and only blows directly in front of it.
A room cooler - can sit anywhere, in a room, can be moved around and cools more efficiently.
The very best - is a Ductless system. In the summers, when it's really hot here, our electric bill remains around $70-$75. With the 'portable' AC's.....our electric bill went sky high.
