I was arrested for posession of marijuana, but i'm only 17 years old. I havn't been given a court date or anything yet, though the officer did tell me that i would be going to family court. So i know for a fact that if am charged it will be as a minor.

I would really like to keep this hidden from colleges through the application process and was wondering if colleges would have any access to my juvinile records?

Of the following questions are there any of which that i CAN NOT say answer 'No' to?

1.Have you entered a plea of guilty, a plea of no contest, a plea of nolo contendere, or an Alford plea, or have you received a deferred prosecution or prayer for judgment continued, to a criminal charge?
2.Have you otherwise accepted responsibility for the commission of a crime?*
3.Do you have any criminal charges pending against you?*
4. Have you ever been expelled, dismissed, suspended, placed on probation, or otherwise subject to any disciplinary sanction by any high school, college, or university?

Because i plan to say no, but do not want to risk later suffering consequences for lying
