Cops need probable cause to ask for your ID, so I would think that game wardens would need probable cause as well; however, everyone has told me that game wardens can apparently ask for fishing license at any time. Sounds unconstitutional to me. Fourth amendment.

Cop stops you while you're driving and asks to see your driving license.. it isn't unconstitutional, he needs to know you're allowed to be on the road. Same goes for fishing, you need a license to do it, if you're asked to show it you have to, if you don't have one then you're fishing illegally.... seems fair and honest to me.
