Does the atmosphere of Venus contain a lot of helium?

In the anime Cowboy Bebop the main character goes to Venus. When he gets there his voice becomes high pitch because as stated in the show Venus had a lot of helium. Is this true?

Venus has about the same concentration as Earth. That is the helium produced by radioactivity and floating into space.
