I can't seem to fall asleep at my desired time. What would help me fall asleep earlier? I don't have snacks before bed, nothing like that. Help?
Have you tried yoga or breathing exercises which help calm to mind and prepare for sleep.
Reading can help too.
Music? Or just listening to rain or something? (If its not raining there's always YouTube)
Also if you tend to spend time on your phone, computer, laptop, ect. Right before bed, plan your desired time you want to go to bed and then wait an hour so your mind and unwind from the electronicness.
Opening a window or something, helping new air circulate around your room because stale air can sometimes effect the brain.
