Hello guys! I've had a few problems with Tesco in the past but following some advice on here, I think it's only fair to mention a good service received. I recently purchased a ready meal but when I opened it up some of the contents were missing. Upon returning it to the shop I was refunded the price of the product (£2.50) along with a further £2.50 for goodwill which was unexpected.

Has anyone else received good service like this at Tesco or elsewhere? Thanks!
