We were in a store with our dog and another customer stop us and said we need some dewormer because of her eye, so he gave us the medicine we needed but I just want to know if that could be a reason for eye to be closed. I read online that infection can cause a dogs eye to close. It's a sunday so the vet isn't open and my mom said that I shouldn't worry and that it'll go away after she completes the medicine.
