More recently I helped my dad move some old, dusty stuff from off a shelf to take a look at it. I had dusted off some stuff, and touched a lot of it. Since they were so old and had been up there for years, my dad thought I may have gotten some spider bites. (I was wearing some shorts, and I had my sleeves rolled up...). However that same night I noticed my fingers were kind of tender. They stung a little with movement. The more I looked I noticed they had swelled up. Same with some areas of my feet, too. I figured it was nothing and it'd go away overnight. I was wrong. It had stayed. My dad shrugged it off, as I worried about it. The next day it spread onto my knees, and there were a few on my thighs and arms. My mom gave me an antihistamine but it was only temporary. It did bring down some bite-looking marks on my arms and thighs. However, now i've run out and noticed some more on my inner thigh and arms yet again. I've been suspicious of my sister having scabies, even if she was diagnosed with dehydrotic eczema, I dont trust her a lot with these sorts of things... The only itch I ever feel is on my fingers or feel, but its not as intense as it was before I took the antihistamine. it's more just a tender feeling now from being so enflamed. Some of my toes are still puffed up, one of my fingers still is. I think I'm allergic to the dust, and could have gotten a couple spider bites. Since the day I helped my dad I've NEVER noticed any of these bumps. They didn't exist. Was it probably just hives and a few actual spider bites? I dont have intense itching like people always describe with scabies... I'm just scared. School starts in less than a week and i've already found out my sister gave me lice(again
