So my father-in-law left the house to my partner and her brother but was split 90% in favour of his daughter. This might seem a little unfair but his daughter provided unconditional care and support throughout his illness whilst his son was very absent. Anyway, my question is how does this work?

Can a 90% holder charge a 10% holder rent?
