hey, i workout like 3-4 times a week and last week my weight was 57 kilograms.. i got a chart witch basicly tells me everything about my body (bmi and stuff) and i found out my current goal is to gain +4kg muscle and +2kg fat that would mean i would weight 63kg in the end.. only that today i weighted myself and i found out i actually lost 1kg.. i want to gain weight again but i dont want to be unhealthy.. hw can i do this?
