How can I prevent leg cramps and what causes them and what can I do to stop them?

A muscle cramp is a sudden and involuntary contraction of one or more of your muscles. It can be caused by mineral deficiency, overuse or dehydration (amongst other causes). Take some extra magnesium and warm-up before exercise and stretch after exercise. Hope this helps.

Muscle cramps might be caused by several deficiencies, most often magnesium, potassium, or sometimes poor circulation (in old people). Study some books about nutrition so you can be aware of such things.
