Because of the technology, most countries can now communicate all over the world. And this strengthen relationship of each countries to each other like having partnership in industry and business line, branching-out internationally, the boom of media, and etc. This how the technology change society.
It required rapid development of military technology, including electronics. After the war these technologies could then be brought to the consumer markets They were exciting. Large scale travel, large scale medicine, major leaps in communications, chemistry, energy and materials.
