When I go to Sonic Drive In, often times I recieve survey offers on my receipts and the carhop who served me writes their name next to the offer. How do they benefit?

Answer

If a customer says your name with something positive, you could get a raise, or promotion. 
It could help you later on. 
It depends on what's said, and how valued it is.
