Please help! I need to lose weight as i am going to spain in a few months an will be wearing my swimsuit but i always am uncomfortable as i am scared of how i look! Please help me! Thx <3
You do it like everybody else.
You count calories and you increase your activity level.
Set your daily caloric intake at 1,500 - 1,800 and you count every calorie you put in your mouth and when you hit the magic number you stop putting food in your mouth.
You go to the gym several times a week for an hour. Ask a trainer for tips on what machines to use. The rowing machine, elliptical, bikes, or treadmill are good. Set the incline at 8 and the speed at 2 to start out on the treadmill.
No gym? 12 city blocks = 1 mile. 3 times around the block is a mile do it between 15-20 minutes and you've got calories being burned and you increase your endurance for walking tours while on vacation.. Do that every day. Increase your distance every month.
