How is a Catholic Novitiate nun addressed? As Sister?

You address a novice nun by her own name, because she is not a nun yet for she has not taken her oath yet (i.e. she becomes a nun and for the rest of her life). Only a nun can be addressed as Sister.

and just in case u haven't noticed a nun wears a veil over her head but a novice nun does not.
