At lease one billion if you count all the ones that have black blood, meaning they have dna that came from a black person.

8% of the population come from the contenent Africa so maybe 14% of the worlds citizens are???
there are 6 billion people on the planet so 1 000 000 000 x 0.14
= 140 000 000 people (rouge)

Over 1 billion, because the people count the population of Africa incorrectly. For example, Black people in Egypt and Libya, are counted as Arab. There are many Black Africans in North Africa and the Middle East. Also, mixed race people are not being counted accurately.
