How to be a parent to a 10yr old narcissist when she only visits intermittently?

Are you the step-parent? Sounds as if the kid has parents. Give the kid the house rules what she can and can't do and what is expected like pick up your towels and leave a clean bathroom or make the bed or help set the table. Then stop calling the kid names and play some games or go to the movies or the library.
