My neighbor access to my wifi all day . The worst thing is that I can't resist them for some reason . My 4mb/s speed works like 1mb/s or lower . I set up Netlimiter , but they access via smartphones . (Shame for them ! )

If your router came with a disk, pop it into your computer and follow the instructions. The exact same thing happened to us, but then we just went to Walmart and we bought a Linksys router. It came with a disk that we put into our computer and it let us customize everything. We could restrict websites, put passwords on the wifi (which is what you need) and so much more. Our router cost $80 dollars but every router you get you can out a password on. I hope this helps!
