I want to know as only one tablet not one on each day of menstrual cycle, just one tablet at day one only to relief myself from menstrual pain does hurt ovulation? as i am trying to conceive since 4 years once I conceived my some medications as I am on thyroxine and brotin too. Does only one tablet effects ovulation and is the reason for my infertility?
