I been having a same nightmare for 3 weeksis this bad what does this mean?

Its always the same me and mom together as zombies attack and its starting to get to me. I keep hearing voices and can't even sleep in the dark anymore. The reason is that usually everyother thing i dream come true in one way or a another even my nightmares and this one is to much.

My brother,  Sandy always had the same nightmares as you but with old ladies tickling him and also every dream coming true believe it or not my brother is 14 yrs old and still has nightmares and comes into my moms room and the dreams coming true what you have is called deja vu

I have been having the same dream for 11 years. It is SUPER hard to explain. It's probably normal. You should probably figure out what it means.

Ok. It is normal to have the same dream more than once. Sometimes little things change. I have had the same dream for 3 months.
