I feel like I would feel better if I just didn’t eat at all which I used to do. I only eat maybe once or twice a day. I am 17 years old. Also sometimes when I eat I have little panic attacks.
This sounds like a serious problem if it's stopping you eating. You should see your doctor and get them to help you find a solution to this. If thats scary and you want to avoid doctors then maybe try eating little and often, it won't fix the problem but at least you'll be eating more than you are now.
