I am Ashok Sharma, and my age is 45 years. i have 200 sq. yard factory space in my hometown jaipur, india. and i want to start a business now in that land. but i don't want to invest more. which business should i start and do now ???

Without any more investment there isn't much you can do. You could lease out the space to other individuals for business use, and that could bring a steady income. You could begin an online shop and use that space for inventory storage. You could produce materials or goods in there and sell them. There's a lot you can do, but without investing more I would say leasing out space is your best option.

as for your factory space, you can use it as your warehouse.
