... am unable to score pass marks. Although being confident that I have scored good marks.I am unable to find a way out to know the actual result or get out of this problem I aM FACING FOR ABOUT LAST THREE YEARS...?? please suggest something that I can do as I need my certificate at earliest

I have enquired the authority and even got threatened of being detained for several years. This is what is actually happening. I have tried for reevaluation, an even reappeared ..preparing throughly but then I find it useless and the process continues in a loop.This incident has stopped me from any further progress in career. Suggest something that can be done to get my graduation certificate earlierst. please help.
