I just used a color remover on my hair, can I use bleach to fix it?

About 3 weeks ago I bleached half of all my hair and dyed it with semi-permanent red with the top half dark brown, and now I want it dirty blonde so I used color remover and it only lightened the top to light brown and it looks horrible! Can I use bleach since I just used color remover?

I would suppose that you could do what ever you wanted with your hair i have seen alot of color changing hair dos some look good some don't. So you have to basically choose for your self see where it goes and how it looks.
