Hi i have problem with my bf that he doesnt trust me cos i left him before for another man ,when i back to him we were good we were fighting together but one day i was texting a friend and i told him about him and i didnt lie or hide but once that happened he told me that he cant trust me and scared of me to do that again , he told me that he cant fight for someone who left me for another man if u did it once u could of dp it again ,i swear to him that ill never leave him but he still cant trust me and right now he wants break i runno what should i do

he is right. anyone in his position would be right. how can you trust someone who betrayed you? swearing it is not going to happen again will not do. these are words against facts. the only think you can do is stop re - assuring and behave normally. you will get his trust gradually as times go by. trust is difficult to get and easy to lose. as long as you will demonstrate over time that you were serious about your desire to be with him, this will build his confidence in you
We are doing that now i wish it work i know it will take time but ill be waiting for him i still have faith ,like they said if u ever want something badly let it go if it comes back to u then its urs forever if it doesnt so it was never urs to begin with.
